We produce oils which are clean, climate-smart, and high-performing alternatives to conventional seed oils. We’re tackling the urgent need for cleaner ingredients by significantly reducing land, water, and carbon footprints.
Fermenting the Future of Food
We start by procuring agricultural residues such as sugarcane or wheat husk , treating them and feeding them to specially selected microorganisms like yeast or algae.
FERMENTATION
Over several days, these microorganisms ferment sugars into oils or fats—a process similar to brewing beer but instead producing oil rather than alcohol.
PRODUCTION
Finally, we extract Cultured Oil from this microbial culture and filter it for culinary use.
